Hi! I'm Laura, Certified Spiritual Life & Success Coach, Meditation Teacher, Retreat Leader & Host of The Mind Body Manifest Podcast.Â
Over the last 7 years, I’ve manifested a life I am completely obsessed with — in the best shape of my life in my late 30s, with a successful purpose-led business, and traveling the world with my husband and baby boy.
But getting here wasn't all sunshine & rainbows...
I used to be  the corporate warrior living for the weekends to party, successful yet feeling unfulfilled and unclear on my purpose and struggling to find "the one".
